Miami CPR Academy has been providing adult, children and infant CPR and First Aid Training to medical professionals and the general public in Miami-Dade County and Broward County for over 8 years.

Highly qualified instructors, that are either firefighters or medical professionals, have made it possible for Miami CPR Academy to provide continuous customer satisfaction to clients throughout the years that include: members of the United States military and Coast Guard, school teachers, physicians, dentists, nurses, physical therapists, construction workers, airline crews as well as pro-active parents and grandparents just to name a few.

In 2004 Shawn Thompson, owner and lead instructor of Miami CPR Academy, got news that he would be a father, he decided then that Miami CPR Academy would provide a great vehicle to educate parents and the general community on the importance of CPR and first aid. With his vast experience working as a Firefighter/Paramedic, Florida State Fire Instructor and Helicopter Flight Paramedic, Shawn had all the skills and experience needed to institute a CPR/First Aid training academy.
