What is Blended Learning?

Blended learning combines the convenience of online learning with a shortened in-person practical skills session. The in-person skills session is offered at various monthly locations or you can schedule a group of 6 or more at your site.

Blended Learning Courses are offered monthly at Coconut Grove Sailing Club located at 2990 South Bayshore Drive, Coconut Grove 33139 (next to Peacock Park).

Are ASHI programs nationally and internationally accredited?
ASHI and MEDIC First Aid programs have been reviewed, accepted, approved or have satisfied the requirements of numerous state and federal agencies, including the Department of Labor (OSHA) and the Department of Homeland Security (USCG). Additionally, ASHI CPR Pro, our professional level resuscitation course, has been nationally accredited by the Continuing Education Coordinating Board for Emergency Medical Services (CECBEMS).
How long are the courses?
A course can range from a few hours to up to 5 for Healthcare Providers depending on level of experience. Online is done at your pace.
Is my card nationally recognized?
Yes, ASHI cards are nationally/internationally recognized and are the choice of many branches of the Military, State and Federal Government.
Do recertification courses take as long?
No, re-certification classes are usually significantly shorter.
How do I pay online?
Currently we accept PayPal as our online payment method or you can mail a check to our PO Box

Steps to Enroll for Blended Learning

  1. We receive your payment via PayPal (info@cprmiami.com) or by check;
  2. Send us an email (info@cprmiami.com) with your full name as you would like it to appear on your certification and email address and course you are interested in enrolling in;
  3. We email you your on-line course log-in;
  4. Print the “Recognition of Completion” for the on-line portion of the course;
  5. Attend skills session; turn-in “Recognition of Completion”. Receive course certification card.
